Room was clean and staff was friendly. The pool was cloudy, made swimming a bit uncomfortable. Breakfast had a good variety with hot options. Had trouble with the room keys not working daily.

I loved how the breakfast changed daily, with sausage gravy and western omelets stealing the show! The indoor pool was open until midnight, perfect for a late-night swim after a concert. The front desk staff made everything so easy and enjoyable, turning our stay into a real delight!

I loved that this place was just a short drive to the Walmart Amphitheater which is perfect for catching concerts and within almost 5 km of the 8th Street Market Rogers Historical Museum and the Walmart Museum so there's plenty to explore and enjoy as I wandered around the area to discover local history and unique shops and the hotel itself was comfortable with a nice complimentary breakfast and friendly staff but it could definitely benefit from some updates and improvements in the room furnishings.

I can't believe we had to wait nearly 45 minutes just to check in. Our suite wasn't even ready, and on top of that, the phones were broken, ice machine was down, and I had to hunt for a blanket! So frustrating!

The room was clean and cozy, perfect for a romantic getaway. We loved the breakfast selections, especially the sausage gravy and biscuits.
It wasn’t inexpensive, but still reasonable for the quality provided.

Great location and a pleasant breakfast area with tasty options, plus the evening cookies were a nice treat. The rooms, unfortunately, were filthy, with roaches and mold present. Check-in took an absurdly long time, and the staff seemed indifferent when issues were raised. Friendly faces at the dining area helped, but I felt let down by the lack of housekeeping during a week-long stay—no clean towels or trash removal. The hot tub was down most of the time, which was disappointing. Not the experience I hoped for, but convenient for family visits.

15 minutes from the must-see Crystal Bridges Museum. The mini fridge and microwave were lifesavers for the kids.

This hotel is super convenient for walking to nearby sites like the Walmart Museum, just over 5 km away, and the Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art, which is about 6 km from here, offering plenty to explore on foot while soaking in the local culture, plus there's a lovely patio that’s perfect for warm days. While the amenities are nice and the breakfast was decent, there could definitely be some improvement in customer service responsiveness and room readiness.

Great location, pet-friendly, and friendly staff. The breakfast offered a commendable variety, and the surprise suite layout provided a nice touch of comfort. The pool was enjoyable, and I appreciated the afternoon cookies and dog treats in the lobby. cleanliness was a major concern. Dirty rooms, mold in bathrooms, and unresponsive cleaning staff created a distressing environment. The towel and trash service fell short, leaving us to navigate issues ourselves. a $50 damage deposit was charged without prior notice, complicated by delays in its return. Staff responsiveness varied, with some exhibiting unhelpful behavior. A well-placed facility can shine, but attention to maintenance and service is essential.

The room was comfortable and clean, aiding in a restful night’s sleep. The quiet surroundings contributed significantly to the relaxation. the temperature control was not very efficient, making it difficult to maintain a stable climate. While the bed linens were fresh, the absence of maid service during our stay was disappointing. despite being informed about a disability-access room, access via stairs was not ideal. The room key often failed, necessitating repeated trips to the front desk, which added to the frustration. room amenities were satisfactory, but attention to cleanliness and service could improve the experience.

Pleasant suite, pleasant experience with a wonderfully surprising layout consisting of a separate bedroom and living area that allowed us to relax beyond just the bed, making our stay truly memorable.

The breakfast was a winner with scrambled eggs, omelets, sausage, French toast, waffles. It had everything I needed to kick-start my day. The central location made it easy to reach all the key spots in town, and the cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, which always puts my mind at ease.
The pool and elevator were out of service during my stay. This was a letdown, especially when traveling with children.

Our visit to the lake was fantastic – we enjoyed swimming and fishing, creating unforgettable family memories. Watching HBO on the room's HDTV was a cozy treat after our busy days. It gave us that little extra boost for our adventures.
My wife says that clear signage for the kids' play area is needed.

we had a fantastic stay at Country Inn. the room was spacious, nicely furnished, and the water pressure in the shower was amazing. the staff was friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast had plenty of choices, including the kids' favorite - waffles with fresh berries and whipped topping. the king suite was very roomy and comfortable, and the location of the hotel was excellent with easy access to restaurants and the interstate. we also appreciated the 12 noon check-out time!

The good part was the free shuttle service they offered, which was really convenient for getting around the area. The flat-screen TV in the room was nice for some entertainment, and the coffee provided was a nice touch for a quick pick-me-up in the morning. there were some areas that needed improvement. The heating and air conditioning in the room didn't seem to work properly, and the carpeted floor looked like it could use a deep cleaning. I also found the ironing facilities to be outdated and not very effective. On the bright side, the housekeeping staff did a decent job, but I did notice some areas that were missed during cleaning. The lack of free toiletries was a bit disappointing, as well as the absence of a sitting area in the room for relaxation. My stay at Country had its pros and cons. Despite the shortcomings, the free shuttle service and flat-screen TV were nice amenities.

We hit up Beaver Lake for epic swimming and fishing sesh, then binge-watched HBO on the HDTV in our cozy room. The hotel gave us mad energy for exploring and partying!
Wish they had a rad rooftop bar for late-night hangs and vibes with the squad.

Breakfast was satisfying with a good variety of choices, making it easy to start the day off right. The hotel's cleanliness stood out and created a comfortable stay despite the slightly older appearance.
The outdated television system made channel surfing a bit tedious, with a lack of an easily accessible guide for local stations. the check-in process was disorganized, leading to confusion over room bookings and handling of situations, such as discovering bed bugs in a room and improper handling of the situation by the reception staff.
